ONGC Q4 results FY26 date and time: As the earnings season is underway and BSE- and NSE-listed companies are sharing their fourth-quarter results for the financial year 2025-26, state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) is all set to announce its Q4 FY26 results soon. Along with the quarterly results, the Maharatna PSU announced it might declare a dividend to its shareholders. ONGC informed this through an exchange filing earlier on May 8. ONGC is the largest crude oil and natural gas company in India, contributing around 71 per cent to Indian domestic production.
