Digital to issue 5000 non-convertible debentures of Rs 1 lakh each; share price below Rs 50

Paisalo Digital Share Price : Paisalo Digital , a leading NBFC backed by state-run LIC and SBI Life Insurance, has said that the Operations and Finance Committee of board of directors, has approved the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement through EBP Platform. Size of issue: Up to 5,000 Non-Convertible Debentures each having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 aggregating up to Rs 50,00,00,000 inclusive of Base Issue of Rs 25,00,00,000 with an option to retain over-subscription (Green Shoe Option) up to Rs 25,00,00,000.
