The board of the company had recommended a interim dividend of Rs 3.70 per share for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2025. The board of the company in its meeting held on August 6 approved the "declaration of interim dividend @ Rs 3.70/- {Rupees Three and Seventy Paisa only) per equity share {i.e. @ 37.00 %) {Subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs 10/- each for the FY 2025-26," the state-owned company earlier said in an exchange filing.
