Dividend: Rs 3.25 per share cash reward by Maharatna PSU - Check record date and other details

Maharatna PSU Power Finance Corporation (PFC) has declared a fourth interim dividend of Rs 3.25 per share for FY26, marking its latest payout to shareholders for the financial year. "Declaration of fourth interim dividend @ Rs 3.25/- (Rupees Three and paisa twenty five only) per equity share (i.e. @32.50%) (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of ₹10/- each for the FY 2025-26," the company said in an exchange filing on Tuesday, March 17. The company has fixed Monday, March 23, 2026 as the 'Record Date' for the said dividend. Meanwhile, PFC informed the exchanges that the said dividend shall be paid to shareholders on or before April 16, 2026.
