ustries Limited will hold its 78th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. (IST) via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The agenda includes the adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹10.00 per equity share of face value of Re. 1.00 each for FY 2024-25. An interim dividend of ₹6.00 per equity share was already paid.
