Poonawalla Fincorp to Issue ₹1500 Crore Non-Convertible Debentures

a Fincorp Limited announced the issuance of secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The Finance Committee approved the issuance of NCDs with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each. The total amount for the issuance is up to ₹1500 crore. The NCDs will be issued through private placement. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited. The base issue is ₹750 crore with a green shoe option to retain oversubscription up to ₹750 crore.
