final dividend: Record date next week - Check payment date and cash reward amount

Power Grid final dividend: The record date for the final dividend of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., has been fixed and is falling next week. The board of the company had recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.25 per share for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2025. "Recommended final dividend of Rs 1.25/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each (@12.5% of the paid-up equity share capital) for the Financial Year 2024-25 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM ) of the Company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM. This final dividend is in addition to the 1st Interim Dividend of Rs 4.50/- per share i.e. @ 45% on the paid-up equity share capital paid on 4th December, 2024 and 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs 3.25/- per share (i.e. @32.5% on the paid-up equity share capital) paid on 28th February, 2025 for the Financial Year 2024-25," the state-owned power transmission company earlier said in an exchange filing.
