Reliance Industries (RIL) has started informal talks with banks about the potential listing of its unit Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., Bloomberg reported quoting people familiar with the matter. According to the report, a formal process may commence by the end of this month, with Reliance expected to officially appoint investment bankers in November.
