Rs 90 dividend: HDFC AMC sets record date for highest-ever payout

C AMC Dividend 2025, Rs 90 Dividend : HDFC AMC has fixed the dividend record date and also the dividend payment date. In its Q4 results 2025, HDFC AMC had declared a massive dividend of 180 per cent or Rs 90 on each stock of Rs 5 face value. This is the highest-ever dividend amount declared by HDFC AMC in its history of Dalal Street listing. In an exchange filing today, HDFC AMC said that June 6, 2025 will be the dividend record date. The dividend is, however, subject to the shareholders' approval at the AGM. HDFC AMC has said that the AGM will be held on June 25, 2025.
