Dividend 2025 Announcement, Record Date: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited or (RVNL ) will be on focus today (May 21) as the railway company will announced dividend in Q4 results 2025. RVNL has a PSU railway company under the Ministry of Railways. RVNL board meeting is scheduled to take place today. The board will approve the financial result for Q4 FY 2025 and the entire fiscal (FY 2025). The board will also take up a proposal for dividend. If announced, this will be final dividend by RVNL for FY 2025. This will be the first dividend by RVNL in CY 2025.
