RVNL Dividend 2026: Navratna PSU declares cash reward in Q3; Record date on Feb 11 - Check full quarterly earnings
RVNL posted a modest rise in profit for the December quarter, even as rising expenses and weaker margins capped earnings growth. The rail infrastructure PSU reported higher costs on project execution, which grew faster than revenue and kept profit before tax largely flat during the quarter. Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) reported a steady operational performance in Q3FY26, with net profit increasing about 4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 324 crore, compared with Rs 312 crore in the same quarter last year. The improvement came despite only marginal topline growth and persistent pressure on operating margins, highlighting the impact of higher project-related spending. Revenue from operations rose 3 per cent YoY to Rs 4,684 crore in the December quarter, up from Rs 4,567 crore in Q3FY25. The growth was supported by ongoing execution of railway infrastructure projects across multiple zones. Including other income of Rs 252 crore, RVNL’s total income for the quarter stood at Rs 4,936 crore, compared with Rs 4,836 crore a year earlier.
