Rail Vikas Nigam Final Dividend 2025: The record date for the final dividend of state-owned civil construction company -- Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd., has been fixed and is falling next week. The board of the company had recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.72 per share for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2025. "Recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.72/- per share (i.e. 17.20 per cent) on the paid-up equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the financial year 2024-25 subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM )," Rail Vikas Nigam earlier said in an exchange filing. Record date and payment date Rail Vikas Nigam ltd has fixed August 21, 2025, as the record date for the dividend.
