Foods clarifies media reports on merger with Devyani International

Sapphire Foods India Limited, on 4th July 2025, issued a clarification regarding media reports about a potential merger with Devyani International Limited (DIL). The company stated that it evaluates various strategic opportunities for business growth and expansion. As of now, there is no material event or information that requires disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations concerning the reported merger. The company will make appropriate disclosures in compliance with applicable laws, as and when required.
