SBI Q4 results 2025: 1590% HIGHEST-EVER dividend in 12 yrs, record date; Rs 25000 crore fundraising - Earnings

Q4 results 2025, dividend: India’s biggest public sector lender State Bank of India on Saturday declared its Q4 quarterly results , announcing a massive fundraising and its highest-ever dividend payout in 12 years. SBI has also fixed the record date for the cash reward. PSU lender SBI board has given its nod to raise equity capital for an amount aggregating up to Rs 25,000 crore (including share premium) in one or more tranches during the current financial year i.e. FY 2025-26 through Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP)/ Follow-on Public Offer (FPO).
