Steel pipes company: Dividend declared in Q2 results; record date on Nov 18

Ashok Leyland Dividend: Hinduja Group’s Ashok Leyland Limited, a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, on Friday said that its Board of Directors will meet on November 12 to consider declaring an interim dividend for the financial year 2025–26. In a filing with the BSE and NSE, the auto company stated that if the dividend is approved, the record date for determining eligible shareholders will be Tuesday, November 18.
