l shares rally 5% to hit new 52-week high; should you buy?

Tata Capital Share Price Today: Shares of newly listed Tata Group company, Tata Capital, are in focus on Friday (January 2) as the stock extended its upward momentum and surged nearly 5 per cent to hit a fresh 52-week high. Tata Capital shares opened on a flat note at Rs 340.05 on the NSE. Buying interest soon picked up and the Tata stock hit an intraday high and new 52-week high of Rs 357.20 -- up nearly 10 per cent from the IPO price of Rs 326. Around 2 PM, Tata Capital shares remained firmly in positive territory to quote 4.80 per cent higher at Rs 356.75 on the NSE. Trading volumes saw a sharp rise, with about 77.19 lakh shares changing hands around the same, significantly higher than the previous session’s total traded volume of 13.14 lakh.
