TCS Dividend 2025 Record Date: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS ), India's largest IT services company, is all set to reward its shareholders by announcing an interim dividend in the Q2 results FY2026. This will be second interim dividend announcement by TCS in the current financial year 2025-26. TCS has already announced the record date for interim dividend. TCS Dividend 2025 Announcement TCS has announced that a board meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 9, 2025 wherein a proposal for the declaration of second interim dividend will be taken up for consideration. "Consider declaration of second interim dividend to the equity shareholders," TCS said in filing dated September 22, 2025.
