This will be the second interim dividend by Anil Agarwal company for financial year 2025-26. Vedanta has already announced the dividend record date for dividend payment to eligible shareholders. In an exchange filing dated August 18, Vedanta had announced that the a board meeting is scheduled to take place on August 21 to consider and approve the second interim dividend. "Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) is proposed to be scheduled on Thursday, August 21, 2025, to consider and approve the Second Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26," Vedanta said in a filing.
