Eligible shareholders can tender their equity shares in the buyback only during the tendering period, which commences on Thursday, June 11, 2026, and ends on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. Wipro share price was trading 0.41 per cent down as of 12:30 PM on Wednesday. The stock was trading around Rs 180, giving the buyback price of Rs 250 per share a premium over the current market price.
