Cohance Lifesciences shares are likely to remain in focus on August 6 after the company received five observations from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) following an inspection of its Hyderabad manufacturing facility. The USFDA concluded its inspection of the company's Pashamylaram facility in Hyderabad, conducted between July 27 and August 5, 2026. At the end of the inspection, the regulator issued a Form 483 with five observations. The company clarified that none of the observations are related to data integrity. Cohance Lifesciences said it is evaluating the observations and will submit a comprehensive response, along with corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), to the USFDA within the prescribed timeline. For the June quarter, the company's revenue from operations declined 23.1% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹422.26 crore from ₹549.31 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. It also reported a net loss of ₹24.12 crore, compared with a net profit of ₹48.88 crore in the year-ago period. In the previous trading session, Cohance Lifesciences shares settled at ₹428.95, up ₹3.75, or 0.88%. The stock touched a 52-week high of ₹1,038 on September 8, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹267.85 on March 9, 2026. It is currently trading 58.68% below its 52-week high and 60.15% above its 52-week low.
