Shares of AI-focused cloud platform E2E Networks surged to the 5 percent upper circuit on Tuesday after the company reported a sharp turnaround in its financial performance for the June quarter of FY27. The stock was locked at Rs 446.40 per share on the NSE after opening nearly 2 percent higher. Over the last two trading sessions, the stock has gained around 10 percent. E2E Networks posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 44 crore in the June quarter, a significant improvement from a loss of nearly Rs 3 crore in the same period last year. The company had reported a profit of Rs 6.43 crore in the March quarter. The company's revenue from operations jumped 336 percent year-on-year to Rs 157 crore, compared with Rs 36 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. On a sequential basis, revenue rose 64 percent from Rs 96 crore in the March quarter. According to the company, the strong growth was driven by the commissioning of its B200 GPU cluster, higher utilisation of its flagship GPU infrastructure, and continued expansion of its TIR AI/ML platform, reflecting rising demand for AI cloud computing services. Operating performance also improved significantly, with EBITDA climbing to Rs 117.9 crore and the EBITDA margin expanding to 75.2 percent during the quarter. Profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 58.6 crore. Commenting on the performance, the company said revenue increased 4.3 times year-on-year, supported by robust GPU utilisation and the successful launch of the B200 cluster.
