Institutional Investors Active in Bulk Deals; Landmark Cars and Updater Services in Focus Institutional investors remained active in the stock market on July 17, executing several bulk deals across listed companies. Helios Mutual Fund acquired a 0.59% stake in Landmark Cars by purchasing 2.45 lakh shares worth ₹12.79 crore, while Axis Mutual Fund reduced its stake in ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India. In Updater Services, Security and Intelligence Services (SIS) bought an additional 0.97% stake for ₹12.66 crore, whereas East Bridge Capital Master Fund I exited nearly its entire holding through the sale of 8.17 lakh shares worth ₹15.8 crore. Institutional buying was also seen in Rappid Valves (India), where Aegis Investment Fund acquired a 3.97% stake for ₹6.77 crore. In Grill Splendour Services, Resonance Opportunities Fund increased its stake, while Blue Aster Capital Multi Asset Fund exited its investment. The bulk deals highlight continued institutional portfolio reshuffling and interest in select companies across multiple sectors.
