Elevation Capital and Peak XV Partners Investments offloaded a combined 2.27% stake in e-commerce company Meesho through open market transactions on August 4, with shares purchased by 27 institutional investors. According to block deal data, Elevation Capital V and Peak XV Partners Investments V each sold 5.24 crore shares, raising ₹974.64 crore apiece. The transactions were executed at ₹186 per share. As of June 2026, Elevation Capital V held a 12.04% stake in Meesho, while Peak XV Partners Investments V owned 10.06%. Societe Generale emerged as the largest buyer, acquiring 1.12 crore shares worth ₹208.32 crore. Axis Mutual Fund followed, purchasing 1.06 crore shares valued at ₹198.10 crore. Other prominent investors participating in the block deals included Fidelity, Goldman Sachs, UTI Mutual Fund, Prudential Hong Kong, Morgan Stanley, Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company, HSBC Mutual Fund, Ghisallo Master Fund, Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust, BNP Paribas Financial Markets, Dendana Investments Mauritius, and Eastspring Investments. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company also acquired shares in the transaction.
