American multinational Qualcomm Incorporated has reduced its stake in Shadowfax Technologies, a technology-driven logistics company, through open-market transactions on August 21.
According to bulk deal data available on the stock exchanges, Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte, a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated, sold 75 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.28% stake in Shadowfax Technologies. The holding stood at 2.26% as of June 2026. The shares were sold at an average price of Rs 245.13 apiece, taking the total transaction value to around Rs 183.8 crore.
Shadowfax shares closed at Rs 255.40 on the National Stock Exchange on Friday, declining 1.01% amid heavy trading volumes. Despite intermittent corrections, the stock has maintained an upward trend since mid-March. The shares have more than doubled from their issue price of Rs 124 since the company’s listing on January 28, 2026. In a separate bulk deal, ChrysCapital-backed Clarus Capital 1 acquired 1.32 lakh shares, representing a 1.07% stake in KDDL, a manufacturer of watch components, precision-stamped components and progressive tools for engineering applications. The shares were purchased at Rs 3,650 apiece, taking the total transaction value to approximately Rs 48.21 crore.#StockInNews
