Bosch Forms JV With Brakes India & Wheels India for Air Systems

$BOSCHLTD Bosch Limited has partnered with Brakes India Private Limited and Wheels India Limited to form a joint venture focused on developing next-generation air systems for commercial vehicles. The 50:50 partnership, approved by the respective boards, will target the engineering and manufacturing of electronically controlled modules for air compression, processing, suspension, and parking brakes. Headquartered in Chennai, the joint venture aims to start operations by the end of 2026, leveraging the combined technological and manufacturing strengths of the three companies.
