Hindustan Zinc to raise ₹500 crore via private placement of NCDs

Vedanta Group firm Hindustan Zinc Ltd on Monday (March 10) said it has approved the issuance of unsecured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to ₹500 crore through private placement. The company's Committee of Directors approved the issuance on March 10, 2025.
