Minda Corp fixes record date for ₹0.80 final dividend

$MINDACORP Minda Corporation Limited has fixed August 14, 2026, as the record date for a final dividend of ₹0.80 per share, or 40%, for the financial year 2025-26. The payout is applicable to 239,079,428 equity shares of ₹2 each. Shareholders registered on the record date will be eligible to receive the dividend.
