NHPC Q4 Net Profit Surges to ₹14.6B; Board Approves FY26 Results & ₹0.21 Dividend

NHPC reported strong Q4 results with consolidated net profit jumping to ₹14.6 billion from ₹8.54 billion YoY and revenue rising to ₹28.2 billion from ₹23.47 billion. EBITDA grew to ₹12 billion though margin contracted to 42.44% from 46.46%. The board approved FY26 audited results, recommended a ₹0.21/share final dividend, and reviewed a ₹2,000 crore bond issuance plan for FY 2026-27.
