PI Industries Q4 PAT Falls 39% to INR 2,002 Mn

$PIIND PI Industries reported a 39% YoY decline in Q4 PAT to INR 2,002 Mn, with revenue falling 12% to INR 15,652 Mn and EBITDA dropping 26% to INR 3,373 Mn. For FY26, revenue decreased 16% to INR 67,137 Mn, while Net Profit stood at INR 13,208 Mn. The company approved a total dividend of INR 15 per share and maintained a strong balance sheet with surplus cash of INR 34,265 Mn.
