Rossell India has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 21, 2026, to approve audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider recommending a dividend, if any, for FY2025-26. The intimation was filed on May 14, 2026, under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
