GMR Airports plans Rs 6,000 crore NCD issue to refinance existing liabilities

GMR Airports (GAL), the listed holding company of GMR Group's airport assets, is raising ₹6,000 crore in debt by issuing non-convertible debentures from a mix of banks and mutual funds to refinance existing liabilities, multiple sources aware of the fundraise likely closing Tuesday told ET.
