Premier Energies FY26 Net Profit Surges 61% to ₹15,097 Mn; Results Published via Newspaper Ad

Premier Energies published its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 via newspaper advertisement on May 17, 2026 under SEBI Regulation 47. FY26 consolidated net profit surged 61.1% YoY to ₹15,097 million, revenue rose 20.7% to ₹80,259 million, and EBITDA grew 34.7% to ₹25,787 million. The board also approved raising up to ₹5,000 crore via QIP, while module and cell capacities expanded to 11.1 GW and 10.6 GW respectively.
