Sonata Software CEO Transition: Dhir Steps Down, Roy Appointed

Sonata Software Limited has announced a leadership transition with Samir Dhir stepping down as Managing Director and CEO effective May 8, 2026, and Rajsekhar Datta Roy appointed as Chief Executive Officer from May 9, 2026, for a three-year term. Dhir will continue as Advisor to the Board until December 31, 2026. Roy, formerly Chief Delivery Officer, brings over three decades of experience in scaling technology practices and leading global delivery organizations.
