Torrent Pharma FY26 Profit Rises 12% to ₹2,138 Cr; Q4 EBITDA at 12.7b Rupees

$TORNTPHARM Torrent Pharmaceuticals reported a 12% rise in FY26 consolidated net profit to ₹2,138 crore, with total revenues growing 21% to ₹13,980 crore. In Q4 FY26, revenue stood at 41.3b rupees versus 29.6b rupees YoY, while EBITDA came in at 12.7b rupees with a margin of 30.77% compared to 32.58% in the year-ago period. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹9 per share and approved a fundraising proposal of up to ₹5,000 crores via QIP or other modes.
