(HCL) has executed an MoU with Coal India (CIL). Uno Minda has completed the acquisition of 1,69,66,000 equity shares i.e., 49.90% stake of UnoMinda EV Systems (UnoMinda EV) from FRIWO GmbH, for a total consideration of Rs 141.27 crore. With this acquisition, now the stake of the company in UnoMinda EV stand increased to 100% and UnoMinda EV has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Uno Minda. Diffusion Engineers has received a Domestic order worth about Rs 48 crore for Supply of High Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGRs) for Cement industry to be delivered over a period of next 11 months.
