has received Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for Construction Supervision for the extension of East Bank- East Coast Road Project Phase 2 (Eccles to Providence) including additional work for existing assignment from Ministry of Public Works, the Co-operative Republic of Guyana. The contract has 18 months of Construction Supervision and 12 months of the Defects Liability Period. ’ wholly owned subsidiary -- ACME Sikar Solar has commissioned Phase-III of 75 MW of solar power project at Bikaner, Rajasthan on June 09, 2025. With this ACME Sikar Solar has achieved a commissioned capacity of 240 MW out of 300 MW and the balance capacity is under commissioning. With this, the total operational renewable energy capacity of the company has increased to 2,806.4 MW. Apollo Pipes has made further investment by acquiring an additional equity stake of 1.01 % through a secondary purchase in Kisan Mouldings (KML), a subsidiary of the company. The company has increased its holding from 57.59 % to 58.60 % in KML. ZEE Entertainment Enterprises (Z) has entered into strategic partnership with the new-age content & tech start-up Bullet, co-founded by serial entrepreneurs Azim Lalani and Saurabh Kushwah. Bullet has developed India’s first Micro-Drama application focused on fast-paced, creatordriven content through short duration vertical format episodes targeted towards the younger audiences. In line with the Company’s strategic transformation into a Content & Technology powerhouse, Z has entered into a strategic equity partnership, wherein it will invest / acquire stake in Bullet.
