(AMS) has entered into Joint Development Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Navy represented by Directorate General of Naval Armament Inspection (DGNAI), and the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai (IIT-Chennai). The entity being acquired belongs to Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry. Aditya Birla Capital (ABCL) has made an investment of Rs 40 crore on rights basis, in the equity shares of Aditya Birla Capital Digital (ABCDL). Pursuant to the aforesaid investments, there is no change in the percentage shareholding of ABCL and ABCDL continues to be wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. ABCL is making the investment in ABCDL to meet its growth and funding requirements.
