(WEL) has been awarded a landmark contract by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to Design, Build and Operate a 910 million litres per day (MLD) Water Treatment Plant (WTP) at Panjrapur, Maharashtra. The project, valued at around Rs 3,145 crore, includes comprehensive civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works, along with the construction of a treated water sump and pumping station. UGRO Capital has raised Rs 100 crore through the allotment of 10,000 Unsecured, Rated, Subordinated, Listed, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures denominated in Indian Rupees (INR), each having face value of Rs 1,00,000 through private placement.
