$RAILTEL a has received the Letter of Intent (LoI) from Newspace India (NSIL) for Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of upgradation of IT Infrastructure for NSIL. The estimated size of order as per LoI is Rs 31.21 crore (Excluding Tax). The said order is expected to be completed by January 31, 2027. Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms has received a Purchase Order (PO) from one of the leading manufacturers in the Solar PV Module industry for the supply and installation of Modular Cleanroom Partition Systems, Doors and allied accessories, aggregating to a total contract value of Rs 65.10 crore exclusive of applicable taxes and levies. The order represents a significant milestone for the company and reflects its proven capabilities in the design, manufacture, supply and execution of large-scale cleanroom infrastructure projects. The award underscores the confidence reposed by customers in the company’s technical expertise, project execution capabilities and commitment to quality standards. IITL Projects is planning to enter into a new line of business in the areas of brokerage services, construction consultancy and project management services, subject to such statutory and regulatory approvals, as may be applicable. The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on May 22, 2026, has proposed the same. Gujarat Themis Biosyn has signed definitive agreement for the acquisition of 100% equity shareholding of MicroBiopharm Japan Co., from funds managed or advised by T Capital Partners Co., a Japan based Private Equity Fund. The acquisition will be executed through a wholly owned special purpose vehicle (SPV) to be incorporated in Japan. The transaction is expected to close during Q2FY27, subject to customary approvals and closing formalities.
