(CONCOR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bhavnagar Port Infrastructure (BPIPL), to operate and maintain the upcoming Container Terminal at the northside of Bhavnagar Port in Gujarat. BPIPL has already executed an agreement with the Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB) in September 2024 for the development of this port infrastructure. Under the agreement, 235 hectares of land has been allotted to BPIPL on a 30-year lease, with a provision for future expansion by an additional 250 hectares. Aarti Drugs’ new manufacturing plant situated at Sayakha, Gujarat has commenced the Commercial Production/ Commercial Operations with effect from September 4, 2025. Currently, capacity utilization will be approximately one third of its total capacity. Plant will become fully operational over next 12 to 18 months. The company has invested around Rs 220 crore. Astral has received approval for the acquisition of remaining 5% equity shares of Seal IT Services, UK (Seal IT) (Subsidiary of the Company) from existing shareholder at a consideration of GBP 4,00,000/- (equivalent to approximately Rs 4.75 crore). With this acquisition, the total equity stake of the Company in Seal IT has increased from 95% to 100% making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
