$SAMBHV has received Consent to Establish from the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board vide approval dated May 14, 2026 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, IA Division. The said Consent to Establish has been granted for setting up of new Cold Rolling Mill (Stainless Steel) manufacturing facility having production capacity of 1,18,000 Metric Tonnes per annum at Unit-II situated at Village Kuthrel, Tehsil Dharsiwa, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh. $ITCHOTELS has acquired 100% of the share capital of Zuri Hotels and Resorts (ZHRPL). Consequently, ZHRPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Hotels with effect from May 19, 2026.
