$GODREJPROP (GPL) has participated in an e-auction conducted by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) for residential group housing plots. GPL has emerged as the highest bidder for a 4.95-acre (20,050 sq. m.) residential land parcel in Sector 151, Noida, as reflected on the e-tendering portal of HDFC Bank. GPL acquired the land for Rs 331.75 crore. The company intends to develop a residential group housing project on the land parcel, projected to generate estimated revenues exceeding Rs 2,000 crore. The development will feature premium residential apartments offered in diverse configurations. RITES has received work of Project Management Consultancy services for planning, design and development of infrastructural facilities and other related works in campus of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) on Cost Plus PMC Fee basis. Total project cost of Rs 175.41 crore excluding GST (including RITES Fees) approximately. NTPC Green Energy's JV - ONGC NTPC Green's (50:50 JV between the company and ONGC Green) wholly owned subsidiary -- Ayana Renewable Power (Ayana) has emerged as a successful bidder in the e-reverse auction conducted by Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company (MPPMCL). The tender aimed at the Purchase of 800 MW Wind Power Through Competitive Bidding Process Followed By eReverse Auction from Projects Setup Anywhere in India with ‘Greenshoe Option’ of Additional Capacity Upto 100% (800 MW). In line with the Request for Selection (RFS) conditions, Ayana secured a capacity of 193 MW at a tariff of Rs 4.17/kWh.
