’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Road Transport (ARTL) has completed the acquisition of 49% shareholding of Sree Vishwa Varadhi (SVVPL) on February 17, 2026, by way of subscription to fresh equity shares in SVVPL. The acquisition aligns with ARTL’s strategic goal of expanding and strengthening its presence in the Roads sector. Trishakti Industries has secured a significant work order worth Rs 42 lakh from Larsen and Toubro for the deployment of advanced machinery and skilled manpower at one of their flagship project sites. The said order is expected to be completed in 5 months. Dilip Buildcon has been declared as L-1 bidder for the tender floated by the Narmada Water Resources Water Supply & Kalpasar Department, Government of Gujarat for Construction of the Flood Protection Embankment on river Narmada, District Bharuch (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Basis-EPC). Adani Green Energy’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven (AREH11L), has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, namely, Skyspin Energy (SEL) on February 17, 2026. The main objective of SEL is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sale, supply any kind of power or electrical energy using wind energy, solar energy or other renewable sources of energy.
