$MANKIND 's wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) -- Mankind Lifesciences (MLS), which was holding 90% stake in Upakarma Ayurveda (Upakarma), has acquired the remaining 10% stake of Upakarma from Kaushcorp Media LLP through a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated June 2, 2026. Consequent to this acquisition, Upakarma has become a WOS of MLS and a step-down WOS of the company. La Tim Metal & Industries has acquired a majority stake and has been admitted as a partner in LA PROVISO BUILDCON LLP, with effect from June 01, 2026. Following the acquisition, the Company now holds a 50.1% ownership interest in the aforesaid LLP through direct capital contribution. Accordingly, LA PROVISO BUILDCON LLP has become Subsidiary of our Company. Concord Enviro Systems’ material wholly owned subsidiary -- Rochem Separation Systems (India) has secured an order of Rs 16 crore from a specialized rail engineering and manufacturing company, for the installation of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems. This order has been received in the ordinary course of business and is to be executed over 28 weeks. The said order is expected to strengthen the company’s consolidated order book and contribute positively to its revenue visibility over the execution period.
