has received a Letter of Intent under Lot 1 MSKVY 2.0/ROUND 1 for Procurement of Solar Power under Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 for 190 MW from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co (MSEDCL), against Tariff based Competitive Bid invited by (MSEDCL), for setting up of grid connecting solar power projects at multiple locations in state of Maharashtra. has secured export orders worth around $40.65 million (equivalent to around Rs 358.38 crore) for the supply of optical fiber cables as per customer specifications, through its overseas wholly owned subsidiary. The order is to be executed by April 2026. and Druk Green Power Corp (DGPC) have signed the shareholders agreement (SHA) for setting up a 570 MW hydroelectric project at Wangchhu in Bhutan. The SHA was signed on September 05, 2025. An in-principle understanding on the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) was also initialed. The developers also signed the Concession Agreement (CA) for the project with the Royal Government of Bhutan. The Wangchhu project will see an investment of about Rs 6000 crore in setting up the renewable energy power plant and related infrastructures. With the preparation of the detailed project report already completed, construction work is expected to begin by the first half of 2026, and the completion is targeted within five years of groundbreaking. NTPC’s subsidiary -- NTPC Green Energy (NGEL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority (VOC Port Authority) on September 5, 2025, in Tuticorin, Tamilnadu. This MoU intends furthering the green energy technologies in VOC Port Authority and especially green hydrogen mobility scheme. Adani Green Energy, through its various stepdown subsidiaries, has operationalized an aggregate 87.5 MW power projects at Khavda, Gujarat. With commissioning of these plants, the company’s total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 16,078 MW.
