has signed strategic agreements with the Chemours Company (Chemours), a global chemistry company with leading market positions in Thermal & Specialized Solutions (TSS), Titanium Technologies (TT), and Advanced Performance Materials (APM). This collaboration strengthens Chemours’ global supply chain footprint, bolsters operational flexibility, and provides access to capacity for fluoropolymers and fluoroelastomers-essential materials used across industries such as semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, chemical processing, oil and gas, and more. With this capacity, Chemours will increase its operational flexibility and ensure a more reliable supply for customers worldwide.

Products (India) has entered into an agreement to acquire 26% of the share capital in Mukkonda Renewables, a subsidiary company (SPV) promoted by Ecoren Energy India (Ecoren), with a total investment of Rs 9.57 crore. This investment will enable the Company to access approximately 7.9 MW of renewable wind and solar energy. The investment is being undertaken in line with regulatory requirements as stated under the applicable Indian Electricity Laws to become a Captive Consumer of Power and also align with the Government’s renewable energy policy. Marine Electricals (India) has received order amounting to Rs 17.36 crore (Excluding Taxes) from Allweiler India for supply of Control Panels. The delivery shall be over a period of 36 months. Lloyds Metals & Energy has emerged as successful bidder for the Tandsi - III and Tandsi - III Extension coking coal mine, securing the project with a premium of 10.5%. Located on the Madhya Pradesh-Maharashtra border, around 400 kilometers from Ghugus, the mine spans an area of around 338 hectares and holds estimated total reserves of 23 million metric tonnes.
