has won a tightly contested bid to supply 1500 MW (net) of thermal power to Uttar Pradesh. As part of the contract, the company will supply power at a highly competitive tariff of Rs 5.383 per unit from a greenfield 2x800 MW (1500 MW net) Ultra-supercritical power plant to be set up under the Design, Build, Finance, Own, and Operate (DBFOO) model in the state. Projects has entered into a framework agreement with Arihant Foundations and Housing (Arihant) to collaborate and jointly develop real estate projects in Chennai. Under this strategic partnership, the two companies will explore opportunities across all classes of real estate, including Residential, Office, Retail and Hospitality Developments. has opened Lemon Tree Hotel in Jamnagar, Gujarat. This managed hotel is the 9th property of the group in Gujarat. The fresh and vibrant hotel features 60 rooms and will open in two phases. In the first phase, 52 well-appointed rooms, Citrus Cafe - a multi-cuisine restaurant, a fitness centre and conferencing facilities have become operational on May 9, 2025. The remaining eight rooms will open soon thereafter in the second phase. These two companies are yet to commence business. Thereafter, the shares of ABIML were transferred to RIML. Thus, ABIML and RIML have become the step-down Subsidiaries of the Corporation.
