GREEN Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 102.40, up by 0.50 points or 0.49% from its previous closing of Rs. 101.90 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 102.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 102.90 and Rs. 100.70 respectively. So far 436685 shares were traded on the counter. The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 155.30 on 04-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 84.60 on 03-Mar-2025. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 105.60 and Rs. 100.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 86201.35 crore. The promoters holding in the company stood at 89.01%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.49% and 4.49% respectively. NTPC Green Energy’s joint venture -- ONGC NTPC Green’s step-down subsidiary -- Ayana Renewable Power Four has commenced commercial operation of part capacity of 50 MW Solar out of the total installed capacity of 150 MW Solar Project located in Bhuj, Gujarat, with effect from August 24, 2025. Ayana Renewable Power Four is a subsidiary of Ayana Renewable Power, a wholly owned subsidiary of ONGC NTPC Green. The current commercial capacity of NTPC Green Energy (NGEL) Group stands at 7197.575 MW. With the addition of this capacity, the total installed capacity of the NGEL Group will increase to 7247.575 MW. NTPC Green Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC, a ‘Maharatna’ central public sector enterprise. The company is mainly engaged in the activity of developing, building, owning, operating and maintaining utility scale grid connected solar and wind power projects (through O&M operations and in-house engineering).
