Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1332.50 and Rs. 1,299.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1784400.56 crore. The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.48%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.48% and 11.04% respectively. Reliance Industries and Rolls-Royce are planning to partner and offer capabilities for the design, development, manufacturing and delivery of a sovereign indigenous combat engine for India’s Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) programme. As part of the partnership, the company and Rolls-Royce will explore the formation of a dedicated Aerospace Gas Turbine Complex that will be a centre of excellence for power and propulsion technology in India. The partnership will offer a compelling proposition for joint development of the AMCA engine in India, bringing together world-leading technology and industrial execution capabilities. Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
