INOX India Ltd : Price holds above key moving averages

INOX India Ltd is trading around ₹2,168, while the stock continues to hold above its key short- and medium-term moving averages. The daily chart shows the stock consolidating in the ₹2,050–₹2,200 zone after a strong uptrend. The price remains comfortably above the 20 EMA at ₹1,940, 50 EMA at ₹1,814, 100 SMA at ₹1,565 and 200 SMA at ₹1,359. From a technical perspective, the broader trend remains positive as the moving-average structure is still supportive. However, momentum has moderated after the recent rally. RSI is around the neutral zone, suggesting that the stock is neither strongly overbought nor deeply oversold at present. MACD is showing some loss of short-term momentum, which is consistent with the recent consolidation. ADX around 28.8 indicates that the broader trend still has reasonable strength, although the price action currently appears more range-bound. For the next move, ₹2,200–₹2,250 becomes an important resistance area. A sustained breakout above this zone, preferably accompanied by stronger volume, could bring fresh momentum. On the downside, ₹2,050 is an important near-term support, followed by the ₹1,940 area around the 20 EMA. My view is that INOX India remains technically constructive as long as it sustains above the ₹1,940–₹2,050 support zone. Traders should watch the ₹2,200–₹2,250 range closely for confirmation of the next directional move rather than chasing the stock within the current consolidation. Disclosure: Neither I nor my family members hold any position in the mentioned stock at the time of publication.
